Still Aglow After the Show, Jan 18, 2012

Totally amazed with the singing, acting and dancing of the entire cast. Seats were third row from the stage (which I loved!)and a standing ovation was given this opening night. I didn't want to leave the theater. There are great restaurants all around the Academy of Music to eat, drink and bask in the glow of "Memphis." This is the best of "West Side Story" and "Hairspray" blended into an unforgettable musical experience.

Top of the Season, Feb 16, 2013

My wife and I are season ticket holders for the Broadway series at the Bass Performance Hall, and this is one of the best shows we've seen a good long while. We highly recommend this show both for its excellent singing and dancing, and also for its historical and social significance. If you have teenagers that you'd like to take to the theater, then this is one they need to see. Our girls (15 and 18) loved the show almost as much as we did.
