Assistive listening system
Visually impaired customers can access the audio description service, provided by the Cleveland Sight Center. It describes the non-verbal aspects of a live performance, such as the set design, costumes, facial expression and body language, during pauses in the dialogue. Guests wear an earpiece, minimising the distraction to others. Theatregoers wishing to arrange this service should call 216-791-8118. Please note: this service is not available for all performances.
Hearing impaired guests can use headsets to improve their experience and they can be obtained by going to the House Manager's office before the show.
